Spurgeon's from India

Devotion for the day
Ephesians 2:10 says: For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Good morning dear Brothers and Sisters. How are you doing? How was your Sunday? Did you get the right word needed for your soul? God gave me the grace to preach in four services. Many people committed their lives to God. I thank God for using me and Zion to proclaim the Gospel to disappointed youth, divided families and distorted individuals

It’s rainy reason this time of the year in India. And we have been having heavy rains for the past few days. One evening as I was watching the rainfall, it reminded me of my childhood days when I used to refashion a simple piece of paper into a beautiful boat and play with it in the rain. It reminded me of how God shapes us.

He first uses circumstances to bring you to your knees and to Him. Then, by grace He continues to use life’s twists and turns to reshape you into more Christ like person. “conformed to the image of His Son” (Romans 8:29)

Dear Friend has your life taken an unexpected turn? Remember, in the hands of our Creator and Redeemer, you are “(God’s) workmanship, created in Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 2:10). You are His unfinished work of art. God can use the twists and turns in your life to make you more like His Son.

You might be facing trials, troubles and temptations. But be assured that God is in control and he will use those twists and turns to reshape you into a better person for good works which God prepared in advance for us to do

Have a blessed day
